- Server logs such as IP addresses and access times: up to 24 months for security monitoring and troubleshooting.
- Data may be retained longer for legal obligations, legal claims, explicit user requests, or technical backup limitations.
- When retention periods expire, Personal Data is securely deleted or anonymized, with residual encrypted backup copies retained only for limited operational needs.
